Shipments

All orders are shipped via CTT (national postal service of Portugal).

Delivery Times

• Mainland Portugal: 24 to 48 business hours after dispatch.
• Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira): estimated time between 3 to 7 business days.
• International Shipments: the delivery time varies depending on the destination country.

The indicated delivery times are estimated and may change during periods of higher logistical volume.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders within Portugal and Spain.

For all the other international shipments, applicable costs will be displayed at checkout.

After dispatch, tracking information will be provided for the order.

Products Damaged in Transit

If the customer receives a product damaged during transport, they must report the situation within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt, sending photographic evidence for analysis.

In these cases, all costs will be borne by Chuvmar.
