Warranty

All products sold are covered by the 3-year legal conformity guarantee, under the terms of Decree-Law no. 84/2021, of October 18.

In case of lack of conformity of the good (defect or anomaly not resulting from misuse), the customer has the right to have the conformity restored through:

• Repair;
• Replacement;
• Adequate price reduction;
• Contract termination, under the legally established terms;
  

The lack of conformity must be communicated as soon as it is detected.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damages resulting from misuse;
• Normal wear and tear from use;
• Damages caused by accidents or unauthorised interventions.
