Exchanges
The customer may request an exchange for an item within 14 consecutive days of receipt.
The associated transportation costs are borne by Chuvmar.
The product must be:
- In perfect condition;
- Without signs of use;
- In its original packaging;
- With all accessories and tags.
Returns
By law, you have the right to return a product you are not satisfied with within 14 days, in accordance with Article 6 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001, of April 26.
To exercise this right, you must communicate your intention via email to geral.chuvmar@gmail.com.
The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.
The item should be sent to: Bairro Novo, 4730-272 Loureira – Portugal.
What are the conditions for a return to be valid?
- The returned product(s) must be new and unused;
- They must have the original tags and documentation;
- They must be properly packaged in the original shipping box or another that ensures correct protection during transport;
Failure to comply with any of these conditions will result in the return not being accepted.
After receiving and verifying the condition of the product, the refund will be processed within the maximum legal period applicable.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Chuvmar may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received and verified.
